All vehicles sold by Car Buddy are sold as-is. Once the sale is complete and ownership has been transferred, no refunds or returns will be issued. This is standard practice in the pre-owned vehicle market.
Every buyer is encouraged — and expected — to inspect the vehicle in person and take it for a test drive before making a purchase decision. We provide full transparency about each vehicle's condition, history, and documentation. The in-person inspection is your opportunity to verify everything before committing.
If you place an advance or booking amount to hold a vehicle, the terms of that deposit will be discussed and agreed upon at the time of payment. In general, advance payments are non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with the purchase, as the vehicle is taken off the market during the holding period.
